INSTALATION INSTRUCTIONS
TEMPERATURE: Apply in dry, fair weather when the air and surface temperatures are above 40° F (4° C). Do not apply to frozen concrete.

SURFACE CONDITIONING: Apply RIGHT PRIME to surfaces that will be covered within one working day. If left exposed overnight, additional RIGHT PRIME must be applied.

APPLICATION: Apply RIGHT DECK from low to high in both longitudinal and transverse directions. Overlap 2-1/2"by removing white release liner allowing a membrane to membrane weld at seams. Overlap longitudinally by 6" and seal with RIGHT POINTE MASTIC.

HAND-RUB AND ROLL PRESS: Once positioned, immediately hand rub the RIGHT DECK membrane firmly to the surface, remove any bubbles or wrinkles, then pressure roll the complete surface to assure positive adhesion.

INSPECT AND REPAIR: A thorough inspection should be made before covering and all necessary repairs made immediately. Tears and inadequate overlaps should be covered with RIGHT DECK. Slit fish mouths and repair with patch extending 6" in all directions from the slit. Seal edges of all patches with RIGHT POINTE MASTIC.

PAVING: Placement of the asphalt concrete overlay should be completed as soon as possible after application of RIGHT DECK. A minimum 2: compacted overlay thickness is required. The temperature of the asphalt concrete shall not exceed 340 °F. Paving equipment should use rubber tires. Protect the membrane surface from unnecessary traffic. Place overlay from low to high with care.

PRECAUTIONS: Please refer the Safety Data Sheet for complete health and safety information.
